All drones sold by our store undergo functional testing before shipping. Recently, we discovered damage to the exterior of a remote controller just before shipping and replaced it with a better-condition remote controller from our inventory. However, we regrettably shipped it without re-testing its functionality, which led to a problem. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Subsequently, we applied for repairs through DJI official support, and our store covered all repair costs. DJI replaced it with a like-new equivalent model, and we also provided additional accessories such as batteries, a charging hub, propeller guards, and remote controller film. To prevent similar incidents in the future, we will always perform a final functional check before shipping.

All products purchased at Kakihiro stores (Shopify Official / Mercari / Rakuma / Yahoo! Flea Market, etc.) are covered by a lifetime warranty with no expiration date. The answer to "How long is the warranty?" is always "There is no expiration date."
Regardless of which store you purchased your product from, if you contact Kakihiro, we will repair, adjust, or replace parts. Care and Storage Instructions
As this is precision equipment, please store it in an environment with 40-60% humidity and 5-30°C temperature. Lightly wipe the lens with a microfiber cloth. Never power on the vacuum tube model in a brightly lit place. For digital models, powering them on about once a month can prevent deterioration. For details, please see the care guide.
