Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order within Japan

From a complete device to a single accessory, domestic shipping is free. There is no minimum order value.

When we ship

We normally dispatch within 24 hours of confirming payment, on business days only. Bank-transfer orders ship after payment is received; weekend and public-holiday orders ship on the next business day. We will contact you if stock availability or another issue causes a delay.

Delivery and packaging

We normally use Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. Precision equipment is protected with cushioning and packed in a cardboard box. Products supplied with a dedicated case are shipped inside that case.

If an item arrives damaged

Contact both the carrier and Kakihiro if the packaging or product is damaged. Keep the outer box and packing materials until the checks are complete.

Shipping outside Japan

Our current delivery area is Japan. For overseas delivery, contact us before ordering. Availability depends on the product and whether batteries are included.
