Shipping carriers
As a general rule, we use Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. We select the most suitable shipping method according to the characteristics of the product.

Shipping timing
- As a general rule, we ship within 24 hours (business days only) after payment is confirmed
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are shipped on the next business day
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you separately
About packaging
Because these are precision instruments, we ship them with the following packaging:
- Dedicated case (when included)
- Double wrapping with bubble cushioning material (bubble wrap)
- Sturdy cardboard box
- "Precision instrument" and "This side up" stickers affixed
Request upon arrival
When the product arrives, please check for any damage to the outer packaging in front of the delivery driver. In the unlikely event that it is damaged, please notify the delivery driver on the spot and also contact our Store.
International shipping
At present, we ship only within Japan. If you would like international shipping, please contact us separately (we may be unable to accommodate batteries, as they cannot be sent by air).
