We prioritize closing every transaction happily for both sides. * For no-reason (change-of-mind) returns, the customer bears the round-trip shipping and the payment processing fee (3.25% for credit-card payments). For repairs, returns, or exchanges due to the product's own malfunction, an initial defect, or our error, we cover all costs — including the payment processing fee and round-trip shipping.
