Kakihiro is a specialist store for survival-game gear and outdoor equipment, dealing in genuine night vision, thermal imagers, DJI industrial drones, and our own in-house-built digital night vision. We deliver only products our staff have tested and tuned to customers all across Japan.

2. Lifetime Warranty (No Expiry) + Cross-Store Coverage

Every product bought from a Kakihiro store qualifies for our lifetime warranty with no expiry. Whether you bought from our official Shopify store, Mercari, Rakuma, Yahoo! Flea Market, or anywhere else, just contact Kakihiro and we'll handle repairs, adjustments, and parts replacement. When customers ask "how long does the warranty last?", our answer is always the same: "there is no expiry."

3. Full Repair-Cost Coverage on DJI Drones

For customers who buy a drone or transmitter from us, we cover the full cost of any future official DJI repair (no expiry, accidental or not). Crash, water damage, breakage — whatever the reason, it's covered.

4. Every DJI Product Is Genuine

Used or unopened, every DJI product we carry is genuine DJI. Even used items are function-checked and reset one by one before they ship, so you can use them with complete confidence.
