All products purchased at Kakihiro affiliated stores are covered by a lifetime warranty. Regardless of whether you purchased from our official Shopify store, Mercari, Rakuma, or Yahoo! Flea Market, simply contact Kakihiro and we will handle repairs, adjustments, and part replacements. Our answer to the question "How long is the warranty?" is always "There is no expiry date."
3. Full Reimbursement for DJI Drone Repair Costs
Customers who purchase a drone body and remote controller from us will receive full reimbursement for future DJI official repair costs (no time limit, regardless of human or non-human error). Crashes, water damage, breakage — any reason is acceptable.
