About Products and Warranty
Q. What is the warranty period for your products?
A. We offer a lifetime warranty with no expiration date. This applies to all products purchased at Kakihiro affiliated stores (Shopify official / Mercari / Rakuma / Yahoo! Flea Market, etc.). Our answer to the question "How long is the warranty?" is always "There is no expiration date."
Q. Can I get a warranty even if I bought the product at another store?
A. Yes. If the product was purchased at a Kakihiro-operated affiliated store (Mercari / Rakuma / Yahoo! Flea Market, etc.), we will cross-warranty it at our store. Please inform us of the store where you purchased it and the purchase date when you contact us.
Q. What is the difference between used and new?
A. New: Unused, unopened item. Like New: Only tested for operation, no scratches. Excellent Condition: Little signs of use, no noticeable scratches. Good Used Condition: Signs of use, but no functional issues. Used: Signs of use, minor scratches, normal functionality. All used items are checked by our store and are covered by our lifetime warranty with no expiration date.
Q. What is the difference between PVS-31 and PVS-14?
A. The PVS-14 is monocular and lightweight, suitable for beginners to intermediate users. The PVS-31 is binocular, offering a stereoscopic night vision view, suitable for advanced users. Our staff will recommend the best option for your needs.
Q. What kind of product is the GPNVG-18 (Chimera)?
A. It is a quad-eye (4-camera) night vision designed in a special forces style, capable of ultra-wide field of view of 97°. We carry the digital version, and prices start from ¥170,000.
About Payment and Shipping
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Currently available payment methods are (VISA / MC / AMEX / JCB), convenience store payment (7-Eleven / FamilyMart / Lawson / MiniStop), bank transfer, and PayPay. Please see the Shipping Guide for details.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. Night vision main units and drone main units are free shipping nationwide. Accessories alone are a flat rate of ¥800 nationwide. Orders over ¥30,000 qualify for free shipping without conditions.
Q. How long will it take for delivery?
A. We will ship via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express within 24 hours (weekdays only) after confirming your payment. It usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days within Japan.
About Repairs and Support
Q. I would like to request a repair.
A. Please inform us of the "symptom, order number, and store of purchase" through the inquiry form. We will contact you with repair feasibility and a cost estimate within 1 to 2 business days. If the product was purchased from our store (including affiliated stores), repairs will be provided at no cost or a special price.
Q. My DJI drone is broken. How much will the repair cost?
A. For customers who purchased the drone body and transmitter from our store, we will fully cover the official DJI repair costs (no expiration date, regardless of human error or non-human error). The process is as follows: You request a repair from DJI official -> send the invoice to our store -> our store pays the full amount.

Q. Do I need any qualifications to use night vision?
A. No special qualifications are required for airsoft games or night outdoor use. All of our products are offered as airsoft equipment.
Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. Currently, we only ship within Japan. If you wish to ship internationally, please contact us separately (batteries cannot be shipped by air).
