Kakihiro Warranty Policy
Lifetime Warranty + Cross-Store Warranty
All products purchased at any affiliated store operated by Kakihiro are covered by a lifetime warranty.

What is Cross-Store Warranty?
Regardless of where you purchased the product, if you contact Kakihiro, we will repair, adjust, or replace parts. There are no store restrictions, such as "products bought on Mercari cannot be accepted at Shopify."

Repair Request Process
- Please inform us of the "product name, purchase store, order number (if any), and symptoms" via the contact form.
- We will contact you within 1-2 business days with repair feasibility and a cost estimate.
- Please send the product to our store (shipping costs vary by case).
- After the repair is completed, we will return it to you (return shipping costs covered by us).
Full Compensation for DJI Drone Repair Costs
For customers who purchase a drone body or transmitter from our store, we will fully compensate for all future DJI official repair costs (no time limit, regardless of human error or non-human error).
How to Use
- Request a repair from DJI official support.
- After the repair is completed, please email us the invoice PDF from DJI.
- We will pay DJI directly, or if you paid in advance, we will refund you via bank transfer.
* Crashes, water damage, breakage — any reason is fine. This service is designed to eliminate any concerns customers might have about "buying a DJI drone and being worried."
Returns
Cases Eligible for Return
- Exterior damage upon arrival
- Received a product different from what was described on the product page
- Initial defects (only claims made within 7 days of arrival)
Cases Not Eligible for Return
- Customer-initiated cancellations (due to the special nature of the product)
- Returns after use (in case of defects, free repair service will be provided)
- More than 7 days have passed since arrival
- New products that are not unopened
