Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (these "Terms") set out the conditions for using the online store operated by Kakihiro ("we," "us," or "our Store"). Customers ("you" or "the User") may use our Store only after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and our Store relating to the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Orders and formation of contract)

  1. A sales contract shall be formed between the User and our Store at the point when the User places an order for a product through the Service
  2. We may be unable to accept an order depending on product stock availability
  3. Confirmation, change, or cancellation of order details is, as a general rule, accepted only before the product is shipped

Article 3 (Delivery of products)

As a general rule, products are shipped within 24 hours (business days only) after payment is confirmed. For details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Article 4 (Warranty and repair)

All products purchased from a Kakihiro group store (official Shopify store / Mercari / Rakuma / Yahoo! Flea Market, etc.) are covered by our lifetime warranty (no expiry). Cross-store coverage across our group stores is also provided. For details, please see our Warranty Policy.

Article 5 (Prohibited conduct)

In using the Service, the User must not engage in any of the following acts:

  • Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
  • Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights of our Store or any third party
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Using products for unlawful purposes (such as modifying real firearms or military diversion)
  • Reselling or transferring products to minors

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  1. Our Store shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our products
  2. Safe use as survival game or nighttime outdoor equipment is the responsibility of the User
  3. Our Store shall not be liable if the Service is interrupted due to a system failure, natural disaster, or the like

Article 7 (Changes to these Terms)

Our Store may change these Terms at any time without notice to the User when it deems it necessary.

Article 8 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan as the governing law, and the court having jurisdiction over the location of our Store shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
