About shipping
Shipping Carriers
As a general rule, we use Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. We select the optimal shipping method depending on the characteristics of the product.

Shipping Time
- After confirming payment, we will generally ship within 24 hours (weekdays only)
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day
- In case of out of stock, we will contact you separately
Packaging
As these are precision instruments, we will ship them with the following packaging:
- Dedicated case (if included)
- Double-wrapped with bubble wrap
- Sturdy cardboard box
- "Precision Instrument" and "This Side Up" labels affixed
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Japan. If you wish to have an item shipped internationally, please contact us separately (batteries cannot be shipped by air).
Confirmation Upon Receipt
Upon arrival of your order, please check for any damage to the outer packaging in front of the delivery driver. If the outer packaging is damaged, please inform the delivery driver immediately and then contact us.
