As a rule, we use Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express. We select the best shipping method according to the nature of the product.

Dispatch Timing
- As a rule, we ship within 24 hours (business days only) after confirming your payment.
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped on the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you separately.
About Packaging
As these are precision instruments, we ship with the following packaging:
- Dedicated case (where included)
- Double-wrapped in bubble wrap
- A sturdy cardboard box
- "Precision Instrument" and "This Side Up" labels applied
Overseas Shipping
At present we ship within Japan only. If you would like overseas shipping, please contact us separately (batteries cannot be sent by air).
Checking on Receipt
When your item arrives, please check for any damage to the outer packaging in front of the courier. In the unlikely event the outer packaging is damaged, notify the courier on the spot and then contact us.
