Who can enquire

Current public service personnel, including Japan Self-Defense Forces members and reservists, police officers, fire service personnel, Japan Coast Guard personnel and correctional officers, as well as those who have retired from these roles.

Please contact us if you work in another public service role or are unsure whether you qualify.

How to apply

Before ordering, tell us the product and configuration you want, your role, and whether you are currently serving or retired. Do not send an ID document with your initial enquiry.

If verification is needed, we will explain the process individually. Do not send confidential information or unnecessary personal details.

The offer varies by product and configuration, and some items are excluded. We confirm your quoted price, its validity and whether other offers can be combined before you order.
